I have tried two other Canadian pharmacies. Both did a good job at first, but soon faded to pretty lousy. They seemed to forget that the product I ordered is for my health rather than some collectible item etc. I get no sense of this attitude from MedStoreInternational. They called me personally to ask some questions and to confirm my order. They then told me the shipment date (the next day) and when I should expect my order. Ordering from them was as pleasant as going to my local pharmacy (except for the price!)

I have placed 3 orders with medstore. int. and can't say enough praise for the products and service. Not only have they saved me so much money, but financially I would not have been able to afford the daily meds we use. Just one month's supply locally was way over $200. The customer service is excellent. They respond to emails immediately, and even worked on finding different quantities and options, in the background. None of those crazy "responder" messages that say "We have received inquiry and will be in touch". They respond personally, immediately, and with the name and phone number of the person handling your order. A previous order was delayed because the option I requested was not available but they sold me a larger quantity at the same price to make up for the delay. Really thrilled with the service and the attention to detail.
